Field Technician — Nanocoating Specialist
Be the face of Magia in customers' homes — apply our nanocoating with precision and leave every sofa, carpet and curtain flawlessly protected.
What you’ll do
- Travel to customer homes across Delhi NCR and complete nanocoating jobs to spec
- Measure surfaces, prepare fabric, and apply coating with consistent quality
- Capture before/after photos and collect payment via the technician app
- Educate customers on aftercare and warranty
What you bring
- 0–3 years in field service, detailing, or home services (freshers welcome)
- Comfortable with a smartphone app for job updates
- Two-wheeler licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-friendly
Operations Coordinator
Keep the engine running — schedule technicians, balance the day's jobs, and make sure every booking is delivered on time.
What you’ll do
- Assign and route technicians using the admin operations pipeline
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
- Track job status and follow up on completion and payments
- Coordinate between customers, technicians, and support
What you bring
- 1–4 years in operations, logistics, or dispatch
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Comfortable with dashboards and spreadsheets

Customer Success Associate
Turn first-time bookings into lifelong customers — handle enquiries, bookings, and warranty support with genuine care.
What you’ll do
- Respond to enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Guide customers through the booking flow and pricing
- Handle reschedules, warranty claims, and feedback
- Surface recurring issues to the product and ops teams
What you bring
- 1–3 years in customer support or success
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
- Experience with CRMs or helpdesk tools a plus
Growth Marketing Manager
Own demand generation — run performance campaigns, content, and partnerships that bring premium homeowners to Magia.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Build content and SEO that ranks for furniture-care intent
- Own funnel metrics from impression to booking
- Experiment, measure, and double down on what works
What you bring
- 3–6 years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on with ad platforms and analytics
- Strong sense for brand and copy
- Bonus: experience in D2C or home services
