At Magia by WOW Clean, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our nanocoating protection services with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will re-do it for free or provide a full refund.
1. Service Refunds
Full Refund
- If we are unable to deliver the service on the scheduled date due to our fault
- If the service quality does not meet our advertised standards (verified by inspection)
- If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service
Partial Refund (50%)
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service but before the technician has departed
No Refund
- Cancellation after the technician has arrived at your location
- If the customer provides incorrect address or is unavailable at the scheduled time
- Damage caused by customer misuse after service completion
2. Product Refunds
For Magia nanocoating product purchases (cans):
- Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of reporting
3. Warranty Claims
All our services come with a 1-year warranty. If the nanocoating fails under normal use within the warranty period:
- We will re-apply the coating at no additional cost
- If re-application is not feasible, a proportional refund will be issued
- Warranty claims must be raised through your customer dashboard or by contacting support
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests can be initiated from your customer dashboard or by emailing support@magia.in
- All refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
