Refund Policy

Our Promise

At Magia by Delta Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our nanocoating protection services with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will re-do it for free or provide a full refund.

1. Service Refunds

Full Refund

  • If we are unable to deliver the service on the scheduled date due to our fault
  • If the service quality does not meet our advertised standards (verified by inspection)
  • If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service but before the technician has departed

Prepaid Cancellation Fee

  • If you cancel a booking where you paid online — either the full amount upfront (Pay in Full) or the 10% advance (Pay 10% Now) — a flat ₹500 cancellation processing fee is retained from your prepaid amount. The remaining balance is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Pay on Service (COD) bookings are not subject to this fee because no money was collected upfront. You may also see the deducted amount acknowledged on the cancellation confirmation popup and the refund confirmation email.

No Refund

  • Cancellation after the technician has arrived at your location
  • If the customer provides incorrect address or is unavailable at the scheduled time
  • Damage caused by customer misuse after service completion

2. Product Refunds

For Magia nanocoating product purchases (cans):

  • Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded within 7 days of reporting

3. Register a Warranty Request

All our services come with a 1-year warranty. If the nanocoating fails under normal use within the warranty period:

  • We will re-apply the coating at no additional cost
  • If re-application is not feasible, a proportional refund will be issued
  • Warranty claims must be raised through your customer dashboard or by contacting support

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests can be initiated from your customer dashboard or by emailing info@magia.co.in
  • All refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
