1. Service Area
Magia nanocoating protection services by WOW Clean are currently available in the Delhi NCR region, including:
- New Delhi (all areas)
- Gurgaon (Gurugram)
- Faridabad
- Noida & Greater Noida
- Ghaziabad
You can verify if your area is serviceable by entering your PIN code during the booking process. We are rapidly expanding to new cities.
2. Service Delivery (At-Home Service)
- Our verified technicians will arrive at your doorstep on the scheduled date and time
- A travel fee applies based on your location (shown during booking)
- Service duration typically ranges from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the number of items
- You (or an authorized person) must be present at the address during the service
- The technician will carry all required equipment and nanocoating products
3. Product Shipping
For Magia nanocoating product orders (cans for DIY application):
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Delivery within Delhi NCR: 2-3 business days
- Delivery across India: 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges: Free on orders above Rs 2,000. Standard shipping fee of Rs 99 for smaller orders
- Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched
4. Scheduling & Rescheduling
- Services can be booked for any available date, starting from the next business day
- Available time slots: Morning (9 AM - 12 PM), Afternoon (12 PM - 4 PM), Evening (4 PM - 7 PM)
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the appointment
- In case of unforeseen delays on our end, we will proactively contact you to reschedule at no cost
5. Travel Fee
A nominal travel fee is charged to cover the cost of dispatching our technician to your location. This fee is:
- Calculated based on your PIN code and distance from our nearest service hub
- Clearly displayed during the booking process before payment
- Included in the total invoice amount
Tip: Bundle multiple items in a single visit to save on travel charges! You can add curtains, carpets, and cushions along with your sofa protection.
