Every Magia nanocoating service comes with a 1-year warranty. Here's what it covers, what it doesn't, and how to file a claim if you ever need to.
What's Covered
- ●Effectiveness of the nanocoating against everyday liquid spills, stains, and dust under normal household use
- ●Free re-application if the coating degrades or stops repelling within the 1-year warranty period
- ●Workmanship issues — uneven application, missed spots, etc.
- ●Coverage starts on the day of service and is non-transferable
What's Not Covered
- ●Damage from intentional misuse, sharp objects, or physical tearing of the fabric
- ●Exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, bleach, or aggressive cleaning agents
- ●Wet cleaning, steam cleaning, or laundering of treated fabric
- ●Pre-existing stains, fading, or fabric wear that was present before the service
- ●Damage from pets (clawing, chewing) or accidents not involving liquid
How to file a claim
Most claims are resolved within 3–5 working days. Here's the process:

Reach out to us
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the form on our contact page with your booking reference and a brief description of the issue.

Share evidence
Send 3–5 clear photos (and a short video if possible) showing the affected area in good lighting. Include the booking date and reference ID so we can pull up your record.

We review your claim
Our team reviews the evidence within 48 hours. We may ask follow-up questions or schedule a quick video call. You'll get a written decision once the review is complete.

Resolution
If the claim is approved, our applicator will visit at a time of your choice to re-apply the coating — at no additional cost. We aim to resolve approved claims within 7 working days.
