1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Magia website and services operated by WOW Clean (registered at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi 110030), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Magia provides professional nanocoating protection services for furniture including sofas, curtains, carpets, and upholstery. Our services include:

  • Nanocoating application for stain, spill, and dust protection
  • AI-powered smart measurement for accurate pricing
  • At-home service by verified technicians
  • Product sales (Magia nanocoating cans)

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • All bookings are subject to service availability in your area (currently Delhi NCR).
  • You must provide accurate address and contact information for service delivery.
  • Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no extra cost.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may attract a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (18%).
  • A travel fee is charged based on your service location.
  • Payment can be made via advance booking (partial payment) or full payment at the time of booking.
  • Final pricing may vary if the on-site measurement differs from the estimate.

5. Service Warranty

All Magia nanocoating services come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers:

  • Effectiveness of the nanocoating against everyday stains and spills
  • Re-application if the coating degrades under normal use within the warranty period

The warranty does not cover damage from intentional misuse, chemical exposure, or physical tearing of the fabric.

6. Limitation of Liability

WOW Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Magia website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WOW Clean and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
